You are providing your information to the National Heart Foundation of Australia ABN 98 008 419 761 (Heart Foundation) and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the AAIC Evaluation Survey Details of Participation. 

Any entrant found to be creating multiple social media accounts (e.g. multiple Twitter accounts) in order to submit more entries will be disqualified. 

Details of Participation 

Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them. 

No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.  

Contest commences on Monday 6 February 2023 and entries close at midnight AEDT on Sunday 19 February 2023. 

Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win. 

Prize 

The prize: 1 x $50 Visa gift card. 

Total prize pool is valued at $50. 

If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 

All prize values are correct at the time of printing. 

Prize is not redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated. 

Who can enter 

Contest is open to 2018-2021 AAIC grant recipients who receive the survey via email.  

Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.  

How to enter 

2018-2021 AAIC grant recipients will be entered upon completion of the AAIC Evaluation Survey and providing their name and email address. 

Only one entry per AAIC funded project is permitted. 

 

Prize Draw/s 

The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. 

Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. 

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The prize guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest. 

All prize draws and redraws will take place at 155 Hutt Street Adelaide SA at 9:00 ACDST on Tuesday 21 February 2023. If a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted on Monday 22 May 2023.

The winner will be notified by email. Winner’s list can be obtained by contacting innovationchallenge@heartfoundation.org.au.

If you choose to include your contact information, we may contact you in the future for the promotion of heart health messages and programs, research, fundraising purposes and invitations to events. Personal details may be provided to third parties where required by law or for the purpose of facilitating services contracted by us, in so doing your personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients.
