“I walked away from a killer”
For more than 40 years I’ve been overweight. I developed diabetes and blood pressure problems and my doctor said if I continued with my current lifestyle, it could lead to more health issues or worse, cut my life short.
I started by trying to walk up to 5,000 steps a day. It wasn’t easy. However, after a year I was up to 15,000 steps a day and officially no longer diabetic and didn’t have any issues with my blood pressure.
