A supportive walk for carers, family, & friends of people with MND
MNDSA Carers come walking, get talking
Support carers living with a MND diagnosis to take time for themselves and get some fresh air and meet likeminded people and have a chat. Time to switch off and do something just for them. Enjoy a coffee and a chat after the walk. Walking together every second Thursday of the month.
