Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.
Contest commences on Monday 2 September 2024 and entries close at 11.59pm AEST on Monday 30 September 2024.
Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
Prize
One of five AUD $100 VISA gift cards.
Total prize pool is valued at AUD $500.
If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
All prize values are correct at the time of printing.
Prize/s are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Who can enter
The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or more who identify as female, are residents of Australia, and either register with a Heart Foundation Walking group or become a volunteer Walk Organiser during the competition period.
Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
Participants who register with a Heart Foundation Walking group or become a volunteer Walk Organiser during the competition period via the website https://walking.heartfoundation.org.au/walking and select ‘female’ as their gender identity on the registration forms, will be automatically entered into the contest.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize Draw/s
The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible or liable for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
All prize/s are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.
All prize draws and redraws will take place at 155 Hutt Street, Adelaide, South Australia, on Thursday, 3 October 2024.
If a prize is not claimed within one month of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted on 4 November 2024.
Notification
Winners will be notified by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published on https://walking.heartfoundation.org.au/whats-on/promotions/2024-womens-health-week on Thursday 3 October 2024. Winners of redraws (if any) will be published on https://walking.heartfoundation.org.au/whats-on/promotions/2024-womens-health-week on 4 November 2024.
