Heart Foundation Walking aims to make regular physical activity enjoyable and easy, especially for people who are not used to being active. Walking groups can be any size and walk at various times, distances, days and levels of difficulty. If you do not live near a group or choose to walk on your own, you can even join as a ‘Virtual Walker’ and track your progress online.

Being a volunteer Walk Organiser is fun and easy – you only need one friend to get started. You will receive free support, training, merchandise and resources.
