Heart Foundation Walking aims to make regular physical activity enjoyable and easy, especially for people who are not used to being active. Walking groups can be any size and walk at various times, distances, days and levels of difficulty. If you do not live near a group or choose to walk on your own, you can even join as a ‘Virtual Walker’ and track your progress online.

Our community of 1,994 volunteers, have helped 26,244 members
to log 5,137,494 walks and 12,843,735,000 steps!
