By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the Heart Foundation Community Walkability Checklist - completed returns (September to November 2020) Competition.

Details of Participation

Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them.

No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.

Entries will be open from 12:00 am on Tuesday 1 September 2020 AEST and will close on Monday 30 November 2020 at 11:59 pm AEDST.

Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.


Ten prizes, each comprising a  $100 prepaid Visa gift-cards Terms and conditions of the prize can be found at  

Total prize pool is valued at $1,000.00

If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

All prize values are correct at the time of printing.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.

Who can enter

Contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older

Employees and volunteers of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

Entrants who return a *completed Community Walkability Checklist (CWC) will be entered automatically

Checklists must include the complete name, postcode, phone number and/or email address of the entrant to be eligible to enter

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entries must be legible and submitted in English (foreign languages will not be accepted).

Prize Draw/s

The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received.

Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

All prizes are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.

All prize draws and redraws will take place at 155 Hutt Street Adelaide SA on Wednesday 9 December 2020 at 2pm AEST.

If a winner of a prize is not contactable and the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted on Wednesday 10 March 2021.


Winners will be notified by phone or email where possible, and winner’s names will be published at on the Friday following the draw.

Winners of redraws (if any) will be on the Friday following the re-draw. Prize winners list may be obtained by visiting our Winners and Achievements page on the Friday following after the winners draw
