Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes
Contest commences on 10 June 2019 and entries close at 11.59pm on 30 June 2019
Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
The prize: 1 Red Balloon voucher valued at $200.00.
Total prize pool is valued at $200.00
If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
All prize values are correct at the time of printing.
Prize/s are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Who can enter
Contest is open to male residents of Australia aged 18 years.
Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members are eligible to enter.
How to enter
All males that register to the Heart Foundation Walking program in the competition period go in the draw to win.
Only one entry per new participant is permitted.
The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received.
Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All prize/s are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.
All prize draws and redraws will take place at 2/850 Collins Street, Docklands, Victoria at 12pm on the draw date.
The prize draw will take place on 1 July 2019.
If a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted on 23 September 2019.
Winners will be notified by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published on walking.heartfoundation.org.au. Prize winners list may be obtained by visiting http://walking.heartfoundation.org.au/news-events/winners-and-achievements/
